Position Overview

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead custom residential projects from inception through completion. This role oversees field operations, manages schedule and trade coordination, and ensures the project is executed to the highest standards of quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from mobilization through final completion
• Oversee all day-to-day field operations on custom homes and renovation projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules to keep work progressing efficiently
• Ensure a high level of quality control and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Communicate consistently with ownership, clients, architects, and design teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, with a focus on custom
homes or high-end renovations
• Strong sense of accountability and pride in delivering a complete project
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and construction documents
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
• Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining quality and jobsite organization
• Clear and professional communication with clients, architects, and trade partners
• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making in the field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (experience with construction management
software is a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 – $120,000, based on experience
