President, Owner
John brings over four decades of hands-on residential construction experience and leadership. He began his career as a carpenter, building a deep understanding of craftsmanship from the ground up. He later expanded into residential development, gaining valuable experience in project planning, feasibility, and execution, before ultimately returning his focus to custom homes and complex renovations where his passion and expertise are best applied. His work spans high-end custom homes, intricate renovations, and finely detailed finishes. John remains actively involved in all phases of construction, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and field supervision, ensuring consistency, quality, and accountability on every project.

Johnny began his career working alongside his father throughout high school and college, developing a strong foundation in high-end residential construction through hands-on experience in the field.
Following graduation, he joined a large commercial construction firm where he served as a Project Manager, overseeing the construction of multi-family high-rise developments. This experience sharpened his expertise in project systems, coordination, and disciplined execution at scale.
Johnny has since returned to the residential sector, partnering with his father to deliver thoughtfully executed custom homes and renovations. He brings a process-driven approach and a deep understanding of construction management, enhancing both the quality of the work and the overall client experience.
